A gmail client chatteremail is founded today. It can substitute the original gmail client. So I delete the gmail right way. The chatteremail can use imap of google mail .

Opera mini is a very good web browser on smart phone. I used on my blackbery 7290 for it's own broser was not activated. There are lots of problems about opera mini on treo 650. I installed and uninstalled for many times at the end I solved the stable problems in some ways.
Opera mini needs a java vm on treo 650 the prefmance was set as the max value .after that my treo can use opera mini smoothly. Ofcouse it's speed is slow er than other browser ucweb or blazer

生活中,我们常听说"昨晚睡觉着凉感冒了"之类的说法。但且慢,着凉就是感冒吗?两者是等同关系吗?如果不是,那着凉能引起感冒吗?看似稀松平白的话题,其实有待深究一番。

首先从概念来判断,着凉也称受凉,即身体感受到凉。这里的凉可以看作由外界较大的温差变化引起,比如夏日的晚间睡眠,同白日相比温差能达10度,而如果不注意保暖,便容易着凉。而在寒冷的冬日,室外活动时若穿衣保暖不够,也会因气温过低而着凉。而着凉的后果可能有很多,比如冷的发抖、打喷嚏、鼻塞不畅、拉肚子等等。

那什么是感冒呢?感冒一词极具中国特色,据说这词发端自南宋的官场。当时的馆阁(中央级学术机构)也有值班制度,但基本一夜无事。为了开溜,他们约定俗成的在登记簿上把原因写为"肠肚不安"。而一位名叫陈鹄值班新丁,偏不遵照惯例,标新立异的写上"感风"二字。到了清代,感风进化为感冒,也即身体感受到疾病症状的全面爆发。

的确,咽喉发干、鼻塞、咳嗽、打喷嚏、头痛等感冒症状的确够全面,让人够难堪。感冒是最常见的传染病之一,是最常见的呼吸系统疾病。说其是传染病,是因为感冒实际上是由病毒的入侵引起的,病毒还能继续四处传播,比如喷嚏或说话时的飞沫,和别人握手等。在身体过度疲劳、抵抗力降低时,这些病毒便蠢蠢欲动,对你进行骚扰。他们有上百种之多,名称繁芜,诸如鼻病毒、腺病毒、轮状病毒等。而一般普通感冒50%是鼻病毒引起,90%的病人手上也能分离出这种病毒。虽是病毒一种,但这种病毒还算温顺,因此不必过于担忧。

从上面可以看出,着凉并不是感冒,二者不能对等。那着凉一定引起感冒吗?还是让我们看看科学试验怎么说吧。1958年,美国伊利诺州大学医学院的H.F.
Dowling为了一探着凉与感冒是否确有干系,招募了400多名医学院学生做了个试验。首先让学生都先接触能导致感冒的病毒,接下来让其中一部分人着凉一下。有些志愿者穿上厚重的棉衣身处极低的温度下,有些则穿着内衣处在舒适的温度下,另外一些就让他们感受下酷暑的滋味吧。结果有趣的是,所有人感冒的几率是一样的。换句话说,让你感冒的关键,并非在于你是否着凉,而是因为你接触到了这些病毒,才让你感冒的。

1968年,美国一位道格拉斯(R.G.
Douglas)医生则在德克萨斯州犯人身上进行了类似的试验。他先把病毒放进犯人的鼻子里,然后让他们身处严寒之中,穿着不同数量的衣物保暖。为了进一步验证着凉受冻是否会感冒,还让一部分头发湿漉漉的。但无论怎样折腾,他们的感冒几率还是没差别。

由此看来,引起感冒的罪魁祸首是病毒,让你鼻塞流涕、喷嚏连天的感冒并非着凉的得意之作。但着凉却能引起类似感冒的症状,这是为何呢?在昼夜温差变化较大时,皮肤表层的感受器会感受到这种凉意,然后紧急报告给大脑中枢司令部。司令部便会下达指示,发出打喷嚏的指令,同时皮肤毛孔收缩,鸡皮疙瘩也冒出来了,或许你还会不由自主的打哆嗦来与这种冰冷对抗。

此外,感冒在寒冷的冬天更多见,也会让人联想:着凉受寒与感冒是相关的。其实另有蹊跷。一般说来,当空气湿度达50%以上时,感冒病毒可迅速死亡,但冬天的干燥恰好为病毒提供了舒适的环境,这大大延长了病毒在体外的存活时间。此外,冬天外出活动减少,人都瑟缩在温暖的室内,封闭的环境加之不流通的空气,则更易让感冒患者身上散布出来的病毒,在空气中能生存较长时间,传染给别人。
